We explored the effect of vitamin K1 (VK1) on kidney stone formation by treating rats for eight weeks. Our observations showed that VK1 significantly reduced crystal formation in the kidneys.

It boosted levels of matrix Gla protein, which plays a crucial role in preventing crystal deposition. We noticed that VK1 even countered the negative effects of warfarin on cell viability. Overall, our findings suggest that VK1 could be a promising treatment to help prevent kidney stones.

This is the best form. I had been on steroids for seven consecutive bouts of bronchitis, which made my bones brittle. I ended up breaking a rib and puncturing a lung. My chiropractor recommended taking vitamin K2, saying it could remove calcium from arteries and kidney stones, directing it back to my bones and teeth. Since I started this, I have had no kidney stones and have seen noticeable improvements in kidney pain!

I took K2MK7 with D3 for nine months, and my D3 levels improved significantly. I also noted the disappearance of calcifications in my kidneys, liver, and male gland, and my muscle endurance increased. I recommend it to anyone with issues related to calcium-phosphorus metabolism.

This product is vital for those with arterial and joint calcification, as it directs calcium to the bones rather than allowing it to accumulate where it shouldn't, such as in kidney stones. I cannot do without it in my daily routine.

K-2 is essential for my joints and bones! I take it alongside Vitamin D3, which I lack. Without K-2, calcium may form deposits leading to kidney stones. I purchased a reputable brand with fast delivery. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. This is highly beneficial for my joints and bones. Thanks, and here’s to everyone’s health!

Since I began supplementing with K2 alongside D3, my bone pain has lessened, and my skin looks clearer. K2 is essential for transporting calcium from the blood and soft tissues into the bones, preventing kidney stones and hypercalcemia. I plan to keep this as a staple as K2-rich foods are scarce in my culture.
